Return Process

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the items in their original shipping materials to ensure the wood is protected from moisture and damage during transit.

  Ship to the Workshop

  Affix the provided return shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items for original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
